• BA/BS degree in Supply Chain and/or Engineering.
• 5+ year’s related experience of New Product Introduction processes in a dynamic global supply chain environment.
• Broad understanding of Bill of Material (BOM) and Material Management (including cost drivers of BOM)
• Active participation in the SCPM Council and experience mentoring early in career team members.
• Handling complex supply chains; including electrical, mechanical, and EMS partner/suppliers.
• Experience with Data Analysis and Manufacturing; cost and lead time, analyzing data and provide options for mitigating risks.
• Experience developing and resolving near term and long term components opportunities, including mitigating suppliers and manufacturing ramp risks.
• Broad understanding of cost-pricing tools and data base knowledge, Agile PDM, PCAM, SCP, Planning and scheduling material and prototype deliveries.
• Experience managing inventories, excess and obsolete and purchase price variation
• Strong use of Excel, Tableau and Power Point
