Job Description

Bynder is looking for a take-charge Office Manager to keep our San Mateo office running smoothly and uphold our reputation as a Top Workplace in the Bay Area for 6 years running.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet clients, visitors, and candidates

  • Assist with planning for events, happy hours, trade shows and company outings

  • Keep track of expenses

  • Handle deliveries/shipments and incoming/outgoing mail

  • Assist with office operations support as needed

  • Manage kitchen including ordering and stocking snacks and office supplies

  • Organize and maintain a clean and tidy office. We’re proud of our space!

  • Manage vendor relationships (catering, supplies, snacks, etc.)

  • Manage weekly lunch orders for the team, department or company meetings

  • Manage travel arrangements

  • Schedule meetings and manage conference room calendars

  • Set up new hire workstations

  • Order keys/fobs for employees

  • First point of contact for new hires

  • Work with property managers on maintenance issues

  • Manage ADT security

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision

  • Other special projects

Qualifications

  • 0-2 years of experience in an administrative or support centric role

  • An outgoing, positive and energetic attitude that can easily deal with many personality types

  • A self-motivated go-getter with a “no task is too small” mentality

  • Display strong organizational skills and superb interpersonal skills

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Professional appearance and demeanor, with the ability to exercise good judgment and discretion

  • High attention to detail, ability to manage a variety of tasks and meet deadlines

  • A sense of maturity and the ability to follow instructions and work independently

  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative & fast-moving team environment

  • Punctual and reliable

  • All candidates must possess work authorization for their intended country of employment. No relocation assistance will be provided.
