We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Product Manager to join our growing team disrupting the FinTech industry. This position is responsible for leading our product lines that cover 3rd party core system interfaces. Our ideal candidate will have deep, hands on knowledge of core banking features, data structures and 3rd party vendor interfaces. Our candidate is independent, ambitious and craves responsibility. In this position, a candidate will have the unique opportunity to own full end-to-end product management, from generating requirements, to planning and executing feature launches.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of the 3rd party core system interface's (APIs) product life cycle from conception to delivery
• Write product requirements, create wireframes, and conduct kickoff meetings for key projects
• Act as a subject matter expert for core banking system interfaces for multiple core systems within Lumin Digital
• Work closely with engineering, SRE, support and our clients to clearly communicate and educate these groups on core interface capabilities and limitations
• Collaborate with other product management and engineering teams to launch exceptional user experiences on desktop and mobile platforms
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research for new features
• Monitor and measure launched products to continuously improve stability, performance and overall feature capabilities. Incorporate observations into the product development process
• Regularly communicate product plans, benefits and results to clients and other stakeholders

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent
• 5-7 years of experience in product management or related role
• Previous Digital Banking and/or core banking experience, specifically with core data and core banking APIs
• Strong knowledge of the Symitar, Corelation or DNA core systems. Previous work with one of these core systems in the context of Digital Banking is required.
• Familiarity with overall core banking and credit union processing systems
• Excellent organizational, communication and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on continuous innovation through client stakeholders and development teams
• Detail oriented and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
• Knowledge and experience with Agile methodologies and tools (Atlassian suite including JIRA)
