Description
Our Fortune 500 client in the East Bay is looking for a Proposal Manager to join their growing team! You would be a part of the team who supports and strategizes with the sales team for all aspects of client requests for proposals (RFPs). The team creates professional responses to client RFI's, RFP's and ad hoc proposal requests under defined timelines. You be responsible for managing the proposal process and workflow, with a focus on management, design, content creation and delivery methods to ensure bid responses are high quality, on target and reflect the response strategy and goals. The Proposal Team is accountable for all aspects of proposal responses, including drafting, formatting, scheduling calls, writing/modifying content, and meeting client deadline.

Requirements
•Bachelor's degree
•10 years relevant RFP and writing experience
•Special training: Database Management, writing courses
•Writing skills, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet Search
•Business acumen, legal acumen
