Techno functional during design session if tech leads are presenting the design, the BA should understand and jump and provide some analysis.
Should be comfortable in doing hands on salesforce analysis & configurations.
Integration knowledge Salesforce connecting to SAP, workday, information etc will be a plus.
Run report and create report in Salesforce.
Very strong excel and visio skills. eg this person should develop an app in excel. Collect data in excel present in excel . Manage lot of data related to project within excel. There are data migration project ,data migration steps in project where you need to do Vlookup, indexing ,matching and trying to do conditional formatting.
While talking to business this person should able to pull in excel and start gathering and capturing what business is talking.
