Do you possess knowledge in business and a passion for problem-solving? Robert Half Technology is looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst who possesses a deep understanding of customer needs to join the efforts of a growing, dynamic mid-sized, privately held retail and wholesale lending company in the industry for the last 25 years.
This position will report to the Business Applications and Analytics Director and a team of 15 developers and analysts. The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for a full range of activities from leading small to mid-size projects to assisting on larger more complex projects related to internal IT, Marketing, and BI departments. Person will be building a coalition of internal resources to achieve objectives; define and manage the quality of deliverables; project plans, escalation, and change control.
Duties:
-Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support internal business goals
-Communicate project status to internal stakeholders and leadership and partner with internal and external customers to ensure systems provided meet the long-term business strategies
-Measure project performance using appropriate metrics
-Identify, create and facilitate process design changes by conducting business and systems process analysis, design at a complex level and develop process improvements
-Use APIs for various systems
-Research, assess, compare, and prepare RFP requirements for potential vendor partners
-Perform other adhoc projects as assigned

- 5+ years of related experience
- Advanced SQL experience
- Prior experience integrating with API backends
- Project management experience
- Knowledge of API's
