We have an immediate opening for a full-time Technical Analyst to join our team. This position is based in our San Ramon, CA office working Monday through Friday flexible hours. How You'll Contribute: We always do whatever it takes, even if it isn’t specifically our “job.” In general, the Technical Analyst is responsible for:
Maintain, analyze, and repair hardware and software systems.
Respond to tickets/calls, and troubleshoot and resolve problems in a timely manner.
Support and enforce information technology (IT) policies.
Set up and configure new systems, new applications, and upgrades.
Manage user account information, permissions, and rights, including groups.
Repair, re-image, and test pc’s for deployment
Act as the initial point of contact for all computer system related concerns from users
Travel to offices within region
Some weekend coverage
What You'll Bring: The skills and education we need are:
Three to five years of hands-on experience working in an end-user desktop support role or computer operations environment required.
ITIL certification
Microsoft Office 365
Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10, XP, Vista, and Mac OS
