Bold is looking to hire a Business Development Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is efficient, organized, professional, and overly communicative. You should be able to work with a variety of people and departments (new business, strategy, creative, analytics, account) to deliver amazing, collaborative work against agency deadlines.Responsibilities
Track progress and review project tasks to make sure deadlines are met appropriately.
Coordinate and facilitate the delivery of multiple projects at any given time.
Assess project issues, brainstorm and identify solutions, bring proactive solutions to the team to ensure quality, productivity, and timing are not jeopardized.
Receive some supervision and has some latitude on achieving objectives related to a specific project or initiative.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships via effective client service, positive problem solving, and the successful implementation of all facets of project management with clients
Track and report on project milestones and deliver the reports to management.
Assist in project development from commencement to close.
Launch effective project communication plans as well as ensures team adheres to quality standards working under an implementation discipline of change management control.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
1-2 years of management experience in a related field required.
Proves a positive and professional attitude, upholding composure under pressure.
Share subject matter expertise to support teamwork and deliver results.
Show willingness and ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally to obtain information or solve problems in support of the team’s goals.
