Hybrid (Tues/Thurs Onsite), Santa Ana, CA

6 Month - Contract to Hire - W2

• Responsible for coordinating and executing specific tasks assigned by the Program or Project Manager on a project
• Daily tracking, follow-up and reporting of completed, overdue, and upcoming project tasks and project risks and issues managed by the project manager
• Follow up on approvals from the appropriate responsible individuals and management as assigned by the Program/Project Manager
• Assist with tracking project resource time and invoices
• Assist with organization, audit, and maintenance of project artifacts
• Required to perform duties outside of normal work hours based on business needs
• Escalate risks and issues to the Program/Project Manager
• CAPM or PMP Certificate preferred
• CSM (Certified Scrum Master) Preferred

• 1 - 3 years or more experience with ad hoc, standard operational procedures, or project activities
• 1 - 3 years or more experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Excel, Visio)
• 1 - 3 years of experience with Microsoft Project and PPM Tools
• Experience with Title Insurance/Mortgage acumen preferred but not required
• Understanding of project delivery methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile preferred
• Ability to self-start and be versatile in a dynamic environment
• Strong organizational and coordinating skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
• CAPM or PMP Certificate preferred · CSM (Certified Scrum Master) Preferre
