Develop a plan highlighting specific strategies to meet or exceed established objectives effectively.
Maintain a high-level of service to all customer through regular face-to-face, email or phone contact with the customer’s key representatives.
Create and communicate the value of Bold products and services to successfully engage and sell to decision-makers.
Ensure that our customers are serviced at the highest level of satisfaction.
Expand client base and increase profitability through the implementation of strategic marketing workflows, policies, and practices.
Communicate effectively and professionally in person, over the phone, and in writing with agents, carriers, supervisors, and direct reports
Attend sales meetings, trade shows, and industry training seminars as needed.
Respond on time to all inquiries from existing and prospective customers.
Interact perfectly well with others internally and externally, and be upbeat in solving specific customer concerns.
Qualifications
High School Diploma required
1-2 years of proven success in working in a B2B system.
Working knowledge and relationships within Agencies, Retail Companies, and
Experiential Marketing Events preferred
Demonstrate proficiency with Sales systems
Must possess an excellent verbal and written communication skills
