Under the direction of an assigned supervisor, perform a variety of technical accounting duties in the review, evaluation and adjustment of assigned College accounts; maintain, audit and reconcile assigned accounts; prepare, maintain and assure accuracy of various financial records and reports.
Requirements: Any combination equivalent to graduation from high school supplemented by college-level coursework in accounting or related field and two years general accounting experience. Excellent communication, written and verbal. Excellent/Advanced excel skills. Excellent customer service. Detail oriented. Basic Accounting. Ability to navigate and work with multiple departments. Cash Drawer Management. Knowledge of FERPA.
Work Schedule: Monday and Friday, 8:00 am 4:30 pm
