Local Property Management company seeking a Full Time Bookkeeper / Office Administrator.

All applicants must have a minimum of 5 years working experience in all aspects of bookkeeping, be highly skilled, computer literate (Mac & PC). Extremely knowledgeable with QuickBooks Pro, Excel and MS Office Suite platforms to be considered for this position.

Applicants must be detail oriented, organized, punctual, self-starter with an excellent work ethic, positive attitude, strong verbal, telephone and written communication skills and a proficiency with business correspondence.

Applicants must also possess knowledge and proficiency of the following skills regarding bookkeeping:

1. A/P and A/R

2. Bi-monthly payroll

3. Quarterly Federal and State Payroll Tax Filings

4. Multiple Bank Account Reconciliations

5. Cash Flow Statements

6. Year End CAM Reconciliations and Budget Projections

7. Income Tax Preparations

Familiarity with the Property Management Business and Real Estate would be beneficial, but is not a requirement.
