Administrator / Bookkeeper
Reputable construction company performing both residential and commercial projects for over 27 years is looking for a full time accounting expert/bookkeeper/controller to join the team. Someone who is experienced in construction and self driven.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and wear several hats:
Must have construction experience
Must be proficient in QuickBooks
Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Project Management experience a plus
Organized / Detailed Oriented
Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
Reconciling, generating financial reports, accounts payable and accounts receivable
Insurance review, renewal and Audits for WC and Liability
General office equipment
Bilingual
Payroll
Subcontractor Administration
Change Order Management
Vendor Administration
Client Contracts
Assist in bidding projects
Daily Reports
Daily invoice sorting
This is a full time position. Hours are Monday through Friday 7:00am 4:00pm
