We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a junior accountant and data entry clerk. This position will work closely with our finance manager assisting with various clerical and accounting tasks. ÂOur ideal candidate has a passion for finance, essential data entry skills, an eye for detail, and familiarity with spreadsheets and online forms. At PayJunction, the junior accountant and data entry clerk will be responsible for maintaining accurate, up-to-date and usable information in our systems.

Job Responsibilities:
Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
Review data for deficiencies or errors, and correct any incompatibilities if possible.
Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
Data entry
Generate reports and store completed work in designated locations
Scan documents and print files
Keep information confidential
Comply with data integrity and security policies
Line item entries in quickbooks
Skills & Requirements:
A positive attitude
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or similar
Quickbooks experience
Good verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to follow instructions and procedures.
Must be organized and able to manage time efficiently
Attention to detail and ability to focus during repetitive work
Mac savvy
1-2 Âyears of related experience
Ability to pass background and credit checks
