Local Water Manufacturing company seeking Part Time Bookkeeper for 2-3 hours per day.
The hours are flexible and can be worked around your schedule.
All applicants must have a minimum of 5 years working experience in all aspects of bookkeeping, be highly skilled, PC computer literate.
Extremely knowledgeable with QuickBooks Pro, Excel and MS Office Suite platforms to be considered for this position.
Applicants must be detail oriented, organized, punctual, self-starter with an excellent work ethic, positive attitude and possess knowledge and proficiency of the following skills:
1. A/P and A/R
2. Bi-monthly payroll
3. Quarterly Federal and State Payroll Tax Filings
4. Multiple Bank Account Reconciliations
5. Cash Flow Statements
6. Year End CAM Reconciliations and Budget Projections
7. Income Tax Preparations
8. Sales Tax
