Office Administrator/Personal Assistant/Assistant Bookkeeper (Santa Barbara)
Very Part-time - Ideal for Student - 5-10 HR/Week

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supports Owner by performing some full-charge bookkeeping duties, including processing payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
Supports Owner by performing specific tasks related to reviews of company practices and policies; recommends changes to enhance operating efficiencies
Assists in reviews of financial and internal controls to determine whether such controls are adequate to meet management objectives
Assists Owner in weekly errands, client pick-ups/drop-offs and ad hoc projects
REQUIREMENTS:
Bookkeeping experience
Valid Driver's License / Clean DMV Record
QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop experience
Skill in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel - Word)
Skill in both professional verbal and written communication
