Local business owner seeks an experienced part-time Bookkeeper and Administrative Assistant.
Responsibilities will include:
Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivable
Bank Statement Reconciliations
Verifying and Reconciling Credit Card Charges
Tracking Vendor Payments and Credits
Entering all transactions into QuickBooks
Filing and other office duties as assigned
Requirements:
Prior experience in bookkeeping
Proficiency in QuickBooks for Desktop
Organized and detail oriented
Must have excellent written and verbal skills
