Take a look at a rare opportunity to become a specialist within our dynamic Accounting Department at our corporate headquarters! We are seeking a Project Billing Coordinator to join our team. This individual will be a part of a cohesive unit and will work with Project Managers on a regular basis to ensure accurate and timely billing of clients for our varied professional services. Bring your knowledge of prevailing wage projects, and A/E billing practices to our firmly established and growing company! Knowledge of Caltrans/Government Agency invoicing, and prior experience working with Deltek Vision or similar Enterprise Resource Planning Platform ERP is a plus!

REQUIREMENTS
3 years of accounting experience, or education in lieu of experience will be considered for the right person
Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
Must possess exceptional organizational skills
Must work efficiently under deadline pressures
Must be insurable with a valid California driver's license
Must have a suitable background for employability in an accounting role (background check)
