Insurance Office Manager
This position will manage Customer Service, New Business, HR as well as General Office Operations. Very busy high level VIP customer service office that requires the ability to manage multiple employees and multiple tasks in addition training on our policies and procedures. Must be professional making sure our clients needs are met.
Experience Required:
Prior Customer Service management experience managing multiple employees/tasks for small to midsize company
Must be honest, professional, reliable and looking for long term career
Good organizational skills, able to maintain set company policy & procedures
Strong Computer Skills, strong excel, general icloud programs
Prior Customer Service experience, accounting, prior HR experience
Professional dress and demeanor
Able to follow company set policy/procedures and meet deadlines and timelines
Maintain good relationship and communicate frequently regarding business related needs with the owner and staff
Must have good decision-making skills with regards to operational decisions by recommending procedural changes etc. in line with the owner

Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and employees at a time while paying strict attention to detail
Must be responsible, dependable and accountable
Must obtain Insurance License (Company Paid) and certifications within 90 day period
Salaried not hourly position
60K+ or DOE per year Profit Sharing, Insurance, Dental and Life Insurance
