Need local resident with property management experience to oversee multi tenant industrial property. Very stable (full) occupancy, almost zero turnover contractor yards and manufacturing businesses means it's an easy job unless problems occur with physical plant. Requires weekly visits, keeping common bathroom stocked, reading (6) electrical meters monthly, interface with owners, accountant and tenants (fluent Spanish a big plus) and be available for handling any problems that (rarely) come up.
