DHD's Sales and Administration Coordinator serves as Sales Account Managers' liaison to DHD's internal departments, suppliers and customers.

The objective of the Sales and Logistics Coordinator position is to facilitate the execution and complete the fulfillment, on-time delivery, accurate invoicing, and timely payment of procurement and sales activity.

Position Daily duties and responsibilities:

Monitor emails, respond to phone calls, and review status to ensure sales orders are completed fully, accurately, and in a timely manner

Track open Purchase Orders (POs)

Perform accurate and timely vendor request for PO consolidation

Input Sales Orders with all appropriate and complete information

Send "Pick Lists" completely, accurately and in a timely manner to DHD's Operations/Warehouse department

Daily review of Open Sales Orders for current and accurate status, identifying:

o Product (gear) needed to be purchased to complete an Sales Order

o Product that is "In-Transit" with expected arrival date (tracking information)

Arrange for freight shipments, including commercial invoice and duty requirements

Ensure each sales order is closed with timely invoicing

Follow-up on overdue invoices and resolve discrepancies impeding payment

Position Performance Standards

The role of Sales and Administration Coordinator requires the following skills:

possess high attention to detail, initiative, and follow-through

promote accurate and timely communication between sales managers and internal staff

ability to resolve discrepancies and proactively anticipate problems and delays

capable of learning and navigating DHD's business system

general business principles and practices is very desirable
