We are looking for a qualified Customer Service Representative that has prior customer service experience. This position will involve answering phones and providing overwhelming service to our customers. In addition to receiving and problem solving health insurance claims and other various clerical duties as assigned. There will be some drafting of professional letters and emails to third party providers and companies. Excellent computer skills and strong Microsoft office experience is a must.
Our office is growing and we are looking to train the right individual to fulfill this position. The experienced representative must be able to answer and assist a high volume of calls. This is a full-time position and will require some overtime occasionally. This requires a "get it done" personality that wants to exceed and be continually challenged and enjoys a learning environment.
