Full-time position/40+ hours per week

Non remote position

This position assists the Purchasing, Marketing, Logistics and Contract Compliance Departments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist marketing in auditing of the "product guides" that are published semi-annually. Responsible for processing and coordinating of all sample requests for sales reps and vendors, filing vendor receivables and archiving old invoices regularly. Managethe operator rebates, assist in pricing audits both internal and external. Responsible for initiating the dialog with the sales reps regarding special order returns.Assisting Category Managers with preparing detailed spreadsheets and with pre-conference preparation. Works directly with Logistic Manager and Equipment Specialist to track freight expenses related to projects. Assists Purchasing Administrator with updating, entering, and tracking vendor programs. Working knowledge of Enterprise Cafe to assist Category Managers a plus. Performs additional duties as assigned, delegated or required.


Bachelor's degree and/or minimum 3 years experience in purchasing and/or transportation/freight logistics.
