Bob’s Well Bread in Los Alamos is in search of experienced bakers.
Experience in artisanal hand made bread and pastry production is required, as well as knowledge regarding usage of bakery equipment such as a dough sheeter, stone deck oven, convection rack ovens, and mixers.
Mandatory requirements of the job are as follows:
Open availability
Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver 50lbs
Valid drivers license
Reliable transportation
Food handlers card
Capability to listen and follow direction
Desire to learn and grow as a baker
Hours may vary from anywhere between 12am-8:30am or 3am-12:30pm, with possibilities for other mid shifts as well.
Entry level bakers start at $15
Experienced experienced bakers $17+
Wages negotiable based on experience and knowledge.
