Barbareño is looking to hire a server to work 3-5 shifts/ week. Open availability, including weekends and holidays (not including: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, and the first week of January) is essential. We generally have new servers train through our support positions for 1-3 months before fully moving them to server. We're a passionate, energetic crew that is focused on contributing to and growing the Santa Barbara food/wine scene with other like-minded businesses, organizations, and restaurants. As a business, we believe in investing time and energy into finding the right staff members who believe in our concept and have a desire to learn and grow in the hospitality industry. We look for creative individuals that take ownership of their work and enjoy being part of a team where they have can have a positive impact. Experience in a busy, full service restaurant will definitely be an advantage for candidates. We are looking for candidates that have availability for dinner shifts: generally 2:30pm-9:30pm or 4:30pm-11:30pm. You can check out what we're all about at www.barbareno.com.
