The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf in the Santa Barbara Airport is hiring baristas and Cafe team members to work a variety of shifts. Shifts will range from starting at 4:00 am, 6:00 am, 10:00 am, and 12:00 pm. The coffee shop is open no later than 6:30 pm on any given day, and usually closes early on holidays for which we provide holiday pay for those willing to work on those days.
Applicants must possess a responsible, team oriented, self starting work ethic. We are flexible with scheduling but ask that applicants be able to cooperate with us and have some flexibility as well. Reliability, punctuality and the ability to take responsibility for ones actions are of the utmost importance. Experience preferred.
