The Santa Barbara Roasting Company is looking for Baristas that are bright, cheerful, energetic, and motivated to join our high energy coffee house. We strive to provide our customers with not only excellent drinks and outstanding service, but also get it all in a fun and cozy atmosphere. More importantly we are looking for someone with a great personality who is retail/service oriented. We are looking for a team member who is hard working, dedicated, can lead themselves, and help others. Someone who is also great with customers, with a positive attitude.

Someone with coffee experience would be appreciated, but not required. This can be an incredible, fulfilling position with the right attitude!
