Essential Responsibilities:
Greet and interact energetically with customers.
Have knowledge of food and beverages on menus.
Operate cash registers.
Prepares food items for salad bar to be cooked in quantities according to menu.
Cleans lobby throughout workday.
Restock retail, salad bars, and supplies in lobby throughout workday.
Assists in off-site catering events.
Additional Responsibilities:
Provide a great experience for all clients and guests.
Uphold to all TFL standards, guidelines, and policies.
Reliable - must be at work on time and as scheduled.
During downtimes, expected to find other duties to remain productive including assisting kitchen with preparing food, cleaning, organizing, inventory assistance, etc.
Required to provide and wear black non-slip shoes and all black shirt and pants.
Required Education, Experience, and Skills:
Maintain a valid California State Class C Driver's License
ServSafe Certificate
Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills:
1 year restaurant/catering/hospitality experience
