RESPONSIBILITIES:
For providing assistance in all dietary functions as directed by the Food Service Supervisor or Administrator and in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing the facility. Assist in serving meals as necessary and on a timely basis. Perform day-to-day dietary functions and duties that include, but not limited to, assisting in daily or scheduled cleaning duties in accordance with established assignments. Clean work stations, counters, refrigerators/freezers, etc. Perform dish washing/cleaning procedures.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Must be able to pass a DOJ Federal Background check.
2. Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English language.
3. Must be available to work weekends and some Holidays.

2. Must possess the ability to communicate tactfully and calmly with co-workers, residents, family members, visitors and government agencies and personnel, and the general public.
3. Must be able to work independently have flexibility, personal integrity, and be willing to incorporate new and creative methods into existing procedures.
5. Possess good communication and leadership skills.
