The historic Upham Hotel is looking for a reliable, organized, energetic Front Desk person, who can multitask. The ideal candidate for this position must have hotel and customer service experience. A flexible work schedule and a commitment to service are essential.
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- checking in / out guests with a level of service that meets or exceeds guest expectations
- creating/managing reservations
- responding to guests' requests
- providing concierge services and recommendations
- email correspondence (Outlook)
- answering phone calls
Candidates must be proficient with computers. We use Sabre-SynXis management system.
We are looking for FULL TIME and you must be available weekends, holidays. Shifts are 7am-3pm, 11am-7pm, 3pm-11pm.
