JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Hyper specialized customer service
- Wellness Creations: Superfood Smoothies, Healing Elixirs, Nurturing Bone Broth and our Ayurvedic Spreads on Breads; all within our fast-paced environment
- Customized cleanse packaging
- Answer all FAQ's from customers about our products
- Help with bottling, dating, and tagging wellness shots
COMPETENCIES:
-Must have a GED
-Able to follow recipes from start to finish
-Experience handling a cash drawer
-Experience in hospitality or retail
-Align with Juice Ranch core values- Active lifestyle, environmentally conscious, and have interest in plant-based foods
-Have excellent customer service skills
-Be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
-Be able to stay calm & collected during rushes
-Be able to speak about our juices with authenticity, knowledge, and confidence
-Be able to do some heavy lifting (boxes full of heavy juice)
MUST BE AVAILABLE to work a minimum of 4 DAYS A WEEK (Morning or afternoon shifts) and WEEKENDS
