Assist with preparing food trays for residents and plating hot food according to specific diets. Also responsible for activities related to maintaining clean and sanitary conditions of food service areas and equipment. Other responsibilities include stocking items, cleaning food production areas and assisting cooks with daily prep work. Full-time position with varying shifts including weekends. Must be professional, have a team player attitude and provide customer service that ensures resident satisfaction. Ability to communicate effectively in English and good interaction skills are required. Position may include transporting food which requires a current and clear CA Driver’s License. Prior experience in food service is preferred.
