Servers must have a minimum of one year experience in a high volume setting. Must possess Food Handler's certification. Must have open availability at least four days per week.
Bartenders must have a minimum two years experience in a high volume setting. Must have beyond standard beer and wine knowledge and mixing skills. Must possess Food Handler's certification. Must have open availability at least four days per week.
Support Staff must have the ability to acquire Food Handler's certification. Must be self-starters, and know how to operate in a fast-paced environment.
Cooks must have a minimum of one year experience in a professional kitchen setting, or equivalent education with certification. Must provide references. Must possess Food Handler's certification. Must have open availability at least four days per week.
Dishwashers must be self-starters, and know how to operate in a fast-paced environment effectively.
