Santa Barbara Wine Collective is interviewing for an experienced and passionate Manager to join our team. We are looking for highly motivated individual that has a strong work ethic and foundation in wine and wine service knowledge. The ideal candidate will exude warmth, can work well in a fast paced environment and make sound decisions with grace.
Expectations:
At least three years of tasting room management experience.
The candidate should have a keen eye for detail and organization.
Must be personable with both guests and fellow employees.
Must be passionate about wine!
Must be able to work days/nights, weekends, and holidays.
Experience with Wine Clubs, Events / Programming, and Retail Management a plus!
WSET and/or Court of Masters certified a plus!
