Looking for a reliable individual with excellent catering knowledge, solid culinary skills and a positive attitude. Insures that assigned responsibilities are accomplished and that high standards of food quality, service, sanitation and safety are met at all times. Assists with food production and sanitation. UCen Catering caters for all organizations across campus.
REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or equivalency and three years of progressively responsible culinary experience in a high-volume culinary environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of and experience with advanced culinary techniques.
NOTES: Finger printing and background check required. Maintain a calid CA drivers license. Able to life up to 50 pounds and work standing for up to 8 hours per day.
SCHEDULE: 5am - 130pm five days a week, sometimes weekend.
PAY: $18.60per hour with CORE Benefits
This is a limited appointment hire up to 1,000 hours or less (Approximately 6 months)
