A premiere Cardiology practice in Santa Barbara is seeking a motivated, professional individual with strong communication skills to join their team. This is a fast-paced medical practice with five physicianscandidates must be detail-orientated, work well both independently and as a team player, and be self-motivated. Organizational skills are a must.
Qualified candidates MUST:
have at least 2 YEARS of verifiable experience as a MEDICAL ASSISTANT,
demonstrate professional skills,
have understanding of HIPAA compliance,
have experience with electronic medical records,
offer courteous patient care,
have experience with Holter Monitors, Event Monitors, and EKG
Duties will include assignment to one physician, rooming, vital signs, medical record distribution, pharmacy refill management, patient call management, and support for a 5-member team. Knowledge and experience with Holter and Event Monitors and EKG required.
