Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health California is seeking caring, compassionate, and detail oriented Licensed Vocational Nurses.
This position is located in Goleta, CA.

As a Licensed Vocational Nurse, you will work as part of a healthcare team to assess patient needs, plan and modify care, and implement interventions in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
⢠Measure and record patients' vital signs, including height, weight, temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration;
⢠provide basic patient care or treatments, such as taking temperatures or blood pressures, dressing wounds, treating bedsores, massaging, or performing catheterizations;
⢠work as part of a healthcare team to assess patient needs, plan and modify care, and implement interventions.
EDUCATION: Must be a graduate of a Licensed Vocational Nursing Program and have a valid License to practice as LVN in California
EXPERIENCE: Prior experience preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Requires standing, walking, sitting, reaching with hands and arms, talking and hearing, using hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls. Occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl. Regularly requires lifting/moving weight of up to 10lbs, frequently lift/move up to 25lbs and occasionally lift/move up to 50 lbs. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
