Nest Integrative Medical Spa is looking for a ROCKSTAR Medical Receptionist/front desk person to join our team who is self-motivated, takes initiative, compassionate, energetic, and shows an interest in alternative/holistic medicine. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and organizational skills are required. Experience preferred but are wiling to train the right individual.
Hours:
Monday-Thursday 8:30-3:30 (depending on schedule may be earlier or later)
General responsibilities:
· Greeting patients and visitors
. Receiving payments
· Answering phones and scheduling appointments
. Refilling prescriptions
. Entering patients paperwork in EMR program
. Communicating between patient and physician
We need a hard-working, compassionate, easy-going, very communicative Front office Customer Care Provider to give tremendous service for our amazing patients.
