Job requirements include:
Assisting with ADLs & IADLs
Ability to observe client physicality/behavior and report changes
Communicate effectively as part of a team Multi-Lingual a plus but not required
A caring heart and a passion for working with seniors
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to work independently and display good independent judgment;
Strong time management skills, patient and detailed oriented;
Ability to utilize critical thinking skills in decision-making situations;
Ability to communicate verbally to convey information to client, Program Supervisor
Computer literacy and strong written literacy skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with clients, families, social workers, fellow workers, and others in a positive and constructive manner;
Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends to meet client needs;

Prior to beginning work with any of our clients, applicants must be able to pass criminal clearance through FBI and Department of Justice (LiveScan) and register with the Home Care Aide registry. We will assist you if not already registered. Also, be able to provide a clear TB test within the previous 90 days. Applicants must be 18 or over and be able to lift and bend to perform regular care duties.
