We have an excellent opportunity in Santa Barbara with an amazing work environment only 5 minutes from the beach. We are seeking a polished and professional candidate to fill a Temp HR role for a fast-growing boutique charter company.
JOB TITLE: HR Generalist
LOCATION: Santa Barbara, CA
JOB DURATION: Temp to Hire
PAY: $22 per hour, DOE.
SCHEDULE: Flexible, starting at 8:30AM, 30-40 hours per work.
AVAILABLE: ASAP
Main duties include:
Assist in the recruitment process by setting up interviews between managers and applicants.
Strong Excel skills a must,
Sourcing candidates online,
Updating materials including job ads, offer letters, exit paperwork, etc.,
Compiling and maintaining digital/electronic employee records,
Entering employee data into computer systems, such as Monday.com, Paycom, Office 365, etc.
