HR Generalist needed. Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Create onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies & internal procedures
Creating employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval and initiating activities
Evaluating employee performance and appraising their pay scale accordingly
Implement and administer employee policies
Workers Compensation knowledge is a great plus+
Knowledge of HR policies and procedures and Labor Laws
Strong knowledge of hiring processes and required paperwork
Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations & employment laws
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.
Must not be sensitive to noise or smells. Does not mind getting dirty and doing job walks with employees.
