We are actively looking for Human Resource Generalists with 3+ years of experience. JOB OBJECTIVE: Managing Payroll Human Resources Office Administration Facilities AP Data Entry AR Invoicing Purchasing Record filling and management Ensuring all roles and responsibilities for above functions are completed by self, outsourced entity, or in-house support Support Staff of Engineers, Remote Sales Team and Ohio Plant employees. Support Accounting Manager during month end close.PayrollManage employees in ADPUpdate records and time cardswork with ADP team to process bi-weekly payroll.Run payroll reports and keeps files up to date.Human ResourcesManage employee benefits and payroll-related vendors (i.e. BMO for 401K, Navia for FSA, The Principal, Etc.)Maintain up-to-date personnel files digitally and physicallyMaintain up-to-date, required State and Federal paperwork and postings.Handle employee onboarding and terminations.Address any employee concerns and HR needs.Office AdministrationMaintain supplies and any office-related needsMaintain all filing up to audit standardsStock KitchenPurchasingPRs processed to POsPOs to vendor for on-time delivery of ordered productReceivingConfirm PO or Non PO itemObtain confirmation from requisitioned received goods and quantities are correct and obtain signature / dateConfirm requisitioner has physically received and signed off on packing slip.Update QuickBooks with received goodsAccountingAccounts Payable – process vendor invoices for on-time paymentAccounts Receivable – process invoices to vendors and incoming paymentsQUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent from four-year college or university plus a minimum of 2 years related work experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.This position requires a high level of ability in all soft skills. Communication is key in both intercompany and with customers. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Decisions made with thorough understanding of procedures, company policies, and business practices to achieve general results and deadlines. Responsible for setting work unit and/or project deadlines.
