Are you ready to join our dynamic team? We are looking for a Bilingual Human Resources Manager to train managers and leads in communication, oversee and manage employee relations, conflict resolution, compensation and benefits, staffing, employee development, performance management and adherence to employment laws. This position reports directly to the CFO.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong ability and experience to train managers and leads in business management communication
Create and update Job descriptions, employee forms, and handbook for all employees
Prepare and organize Human Resources reporting
Ensure federal, state and local compliance for employment and agricultural regulations
Maintains all employee files, vacation and sick time accruals, etc.
Supports the Company’s future growth and ensures employees receive training and development opportunities
Develop and Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) for all compliance measures on the farm including but not limited to OSHA, Safety, COVID-19, Natural Disasters, etc.
Strong ability to respond quickly to employee concerns and requests
Advise leadership on all human resources issues including up to date local, state and federal laws
All other duties and special projects as assigned
Here’s What It Takes:
Bachelor’s Degree Required, preferably with an emphasis in Human Resource Management
Minimum of 5 years Human Resources experience required
Experience in the field of Agriculture a plus, but not required
Bilingual in English and Spanish REQUIRED
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, required
Intermediate to expert knowledge of working with web/computer-based applications including but not limited to Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel.
Ability to learn and navigate through online based software on the computer and IPad.
Ability to multi-task effectively and efficiently, have acute attention to detail, and think critically
Self-motivated and an excellent team player
Excellent in time management, prioritizing workload and follow through

Salary: $70,000 + depending on experience and ability
