Quick and Clean Car Wash, the only professional car wash in the Santa Ynez Valley, is looking for a Manager. Quick and Clean is a fully-automated exterior car wash. We are not a hand car wash, and do not clean/vacuum the inside of cars.
Duties include:
Interfacing with customers, answering questions, dealing with issues/probems
Managing and scheduling employees
Ensuring the facility is clean and running well
Maintaining the car wash equipment as well as occasionally repairing the equipment
Candidates should have good interpersonal skills and appearance, and enjoy working outside. Bi-lingual is a plus, but english speaking is required.
Prior experience working at a car wash is required, and experience managing employees and maintaining/repairing equipment is a big plus.
Rate of pay is $15+ per hour, depending on experience.
