Property Value Upgrades, LLC., is a local contractor specializing in updates and repairs to homes in preparation for sale of the property. We are rapidly expanding and are looking for hardworking individuals to join our team and provide various construction labor.
You must have at least 2 years of professional painting experience and be able to provide professional references.
It is a PLUS if you have additional experience in any of the following trades:
-Concrete
-Masonry
-Carpentry
-Flooring
-Drywall
-Basic Electrical
-Basic Plumbing
You must be coachable, interested in learning and improving skills, able to work on a team, and have the intention of remaining with our company long-term. This is a full-time position with benefits, paid time off and holidays, and room for advancement.
REQUIREMENTS:
-Excellent work ethic
-Physically capable of manual labor
-Honest, timely and reliable
-Reliable personal transportation
-Desire to build/create
-Willingness to take direction and learn new skills
-Able to comply with safety rules and job site best practices as instructed
-Works well with others
-Valid Driver’s License and clean DMV Record
-Be legally allowed to work in the US
-No felonies in the past 10 years
-No drug use
Starting Pay $20/hr, increases dependent on experience and productivity
