Villa Alamar is a locally owned Senior Living Community, located in the heart of Santa Barbara, Ca. We offer competitive pay, great benefits, and a positive and collaborative work environment. You will work in a prestigious facility that has over 20 years of service and dedication to our Senior Community in Santa Barbara.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
To maintain all areas of the facility in a clean and sanitary fashion, including but not limited to resident rooms, public resident restrooms, offices, and common areas. Assist in general maintenance of the community.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English language.
2. Must be available to work weekends and some Holidays.
3. Must be able to pass a DOJ Federal Background check.

1. Must possess the ability to follow instructions and to accept constructive feedback. Must be a team player.
2. Must possess the ability to communicate tactfully and calmly with co-workers, residents, family members, visitors and government agencies and personnel, and the general public.
3. Must be able to work independently have flexibility, personal integrity, and be willing to incorporate new and creative methods into existing procedures.
5. Possess good communication and leadership skills.
