Job Description
The purpose of the Lead Installer is to oversee the installation process, as well as coordinate between all departments to ensure successful completion of our projects. This includes but not limited to, scheduling. resource management (labor, vehicles, etc.), supervision of the installers, communication with our customers, and ensuring all paperwork is completed properly. Must have clean DMV record.
Primary Duties include:
Supervision of the installation team
Reviewing of all job related material including drawings, paperwork, etc. to ensure proper scheduling of the project
Installation and Delivery of Commercial Furniture
Communicate with customers, subcontractors. installers. sales, etc. to ensure the project is remaining on schedule
Monitors attendance and performance of installers and sub-contractors
Consults with inventory team on products returning to the warehouse
Troubleshoots any issues that might arise on a job site or at warehouse
Develops and maintains professional relationships with vendors, while also monitoring and evaluating their performance in relation to expectations. Provides feedback to vendors
Review of product on the job site, including documenting and communicating any quality issues
Proper review and communication of Punch Lists
Facilitates the development of great relationships between salespeople, clients. warehouse, production, installers and office staff

3+ years installation experience
3+ years management/supervisory experience (preferred)
