We're looking for a part time bicycle mechanic with some bike shop experience to help maintain a range of bikes from cruisers to mtbs, road bikes, and ebikes. If you have experience working on any of these please apply. We need someone that can work on Sunday. The other days we're flexible on and you can work 2 or 3 days; whichever is best for the right candidate.
The right candidate must be able to fix a flat, re-cable a cruiser, adjust a 7 speed derailer, etc. Mainly easier fixes but we'd still like some shop experience and if you're a bit more experienced then great. Must be able to lift 60 lbs. This position will take place both inside a shop and onsite at client locations.
We need someone that will be on time, reliable, and is good with people. A friendly demeanor and a go getter attitude is huge part of this position and working for us. We have a great working atmosphere and well expect to keep it that way when onboarding new employees; hence a friendly demeanor is a must. You'll need to have a clean driving record.
The pay for this position is $17 / hr
The position can start as early as July 1st.
