Large Santa Barbara law firm seeks experienced Legal Secretary. Minimum 2 years of experience. Position is full-time.
Perform a variety of word processing functions following written or oral instructions using Word, to draft, revise, format and finalize documents; organize and maintain files; maintain attorney calendars on two platforms. Must have positive rapport with clients and co-workers and maintain confidentiality of client and firm data and information.
