Santa Barbara business and real estate firm seeking marketing associate.
Responsibilities would include, but not be limited to:
- Implement and track marketing campaigns
- Maintain online marketing, including third party web publications, company website, MailChimp, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and other social media.
- Update client lists and contact information as necessary
- Communicate with clients, financial institutions and others to gather and deliver necessary marketing information
- Assist in preparation of client financial projections
- Ensure electronic and paper files are maintained and organized
Minimum Qualifications:
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient with Apple products, and Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
Exemplary verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to accomplish responsibilities with minimum supervision
Desired but not required:
CA Notary Public Certification
